What will our profession look like in 10, 30, 50 years? How will we adapt to current technological trends? What knowledge is essential to pass on to the engineers-in-training? How are construction and procurement practices changing and affecting design? This year’s roundtable will explore these questions and seek input on how SEAoNY can evolve to better serve its members. A knowledgeable moderator will lead each of four discussion topics, and attendees will have the opportunity to rotate between each discussion. All attendees will be encouraged to participate by sharing their thoughts, experiences, and ideas relevant to these topics with each other. The four topics of discussion will be:
