Shadow a Structural Engineer

Please join us for the Education Committee’s annual Shadow a Structural Engineer program! Students will “shadow” a professional during a typical work day, allowing for 4 hours of interaction with one or more industry professionals. 

This event is a great way to learn about the day-to-day life of practicing structural engineers in New York.  Scheduling is flexible throughout Marc and April 2019, and will be based on the availability of the students and professionals.  Please sign up using the registration link and select dates that work for you.  After registration closes, you will receive an email informing you and your professional that you have been paired.  For additional information, or for professionals looking to get involved and host students, please email us at SEAoNYshadow@gmail.com.
